Interact , Converse and Engage  – spend time on Twitter and Facebook to answer inquiries, finding people or companies that relate or need your products – initiate contact – send a post, click a like, a send a friend request, ask a question as related to a service or product you can provide for them or one that they have. Set notification options so that you can see when someone inquires or sends you a social network comment or question. Encourage sharing.

Search, Find and Invite to Like and Friend
In Facebook search for bakers and those who will benefit from your services or products and simply send them a friend request, a like request or an invite request – Try a theme to engage that builds excitement and hype such as “Taste The Difference!”

Hootsuite can feed automated Post to PingFM in which PinfFM is linked to 15-20 other social nets.

Link and Post to several social networks simultaneously.  Leverage Hootsuite and PingFM which will allow you to post to one interface and it will simultaneously post to all of the connected social networks that we setup and link to it.

Monitor using Google Alerts
Take advantage of Real Time and unexpected PR Opportunities
Google Alerts will send an email to you every time Google finds content anywhere on the internet based on Keywords we setup in it.  Add a Folder to your Outlook and a Rule in Outlook to move these emails to the Google Alerts folder when they come in.

Facebook can send email notification and/or text message to your phone when someone posts and as Status Updates – set a Rule in Outlook for these to go into their own Outlook folder

Utilize Contests, have a theme such as “Taste the Difference!”

When visiting a site or web page for the first time – enter email address to be added to monthly/weekly drawing of a Fan package

EVENTS
Workers Social Networking Use Website and Facebook to coordinate Events
Facebook can allow you to see who has interest and has signed up via an RSVP link for an Event.  Previously the site visitor would need to have a Facebook account however now that is not required.  A good way to engage new people is to invite them to an Event.

CHECK -INS

Encourage Check-ins at the Historic Annville Daisy Flour Mill.  When someone checks-in with their Hand-Held device or Mobile Phone, all of their Facebook Friends and Subscribers are notified in their newsfeeds with a link to your Facebook Page.

Store follow up emails to those who purchased from you
Emails to those who have Abandoned their shopping cart – put items in a cart and never purchased
Emails to those who have not purchased in 90 Days
Send out Email Offers
Feed Burner – Subscribe button on the front page allows a site visitor to enter their email address to received page and content update.

Leverage Help from Others to maximize online exposure
.  The Share This button and Like button on Web pages allows others to post comments on their social network such as Facebook with a link to that page.  The more positive feedback and support from others the better.
